I will definitely use this facility again! I got an appointment with 30 minutes of attempting, went immediately into a room upon my arrival, was seen within 1 minute of being in the room and got the care that I needed by kind and well-trained staff. This place is like no other medical care facility I have ever used.

I had some pretty severe symptoms, but I was embarrassed of going to urgent care during my vacation. But when the pain became too much I went in and they definitely made me feel like it was the right choice. The serviceable was really quick and staff all around was really nice. I also love that they asked, a student could help instead of just bringing him in. I’m always a big fan of education, but I am a bigger fan of politeness. If I were sick again, this would be the first place d go every single time.

Recently I visited CityDoc with the worst case of food poisoning I have ever had. From the start the staff was patient, helpful and quick to get me through reception. Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.
