I recently moved to Wappingers and have been sick twice. Both of my visits to the HealthQuest Urgent Care were excellent. The receptionist was friendly and the exam was prompt and thorough. The care was much better than other urgent cares I have visited. Thank you!

Woke up during the night feeling worse, and thought I should see someone. Looked up the urgent care that just opened up a week ago, and found I could make an appt online and be seen first thing this morning. Everyone was very nice, scheduling was simple, and I’d definitely go back in the future.

Although I had an appointment, I still had to wait a half hour before my turn. I had to explain why I was there to 3 people: the MA, the intern, then the provider. My symptoms included cough, congestion, headache, sore throat. When I came 3 months earlier with similar symptoms, I was prescribed one medication for cough and another for congestion. This time I was not given any prescriptions. I would not have wasted my time if I knew I would not be given a prescription to relieve my symptoms.

Didn’t take the time to really look at my situation. Just put me on antibiotics and said If gets worse to go emergency room. It’s a Saturday and here I am at the emergency room and my situation is worse.

Donald and the team were lovely, efficient, and thorough. Thank you.
