Recently I visited CityDoc with the worst case of food poisoning I have ever had. From the start the staff was patient, helpful and quick to get me through reception. When I arrived I admit I wasn’t the easiest patient as all I wanted was someone to help ease my symptoms and help me feel better. I’ve never had a visit before where it almost feels like a family member is caring after you. The wait was faster than I anticipated, by far. Check in with as so easy. Nurse M. really interacted with me and made me feel like she really cares. I was overwhelmed with my symptoms in a new city, by myself, homesick and she made my day. The physician was so kind and patient as well and addressed every symptom while clearly explaining further about treatment and after care. Thank you! Highly recommend!!

Needed to renew my scripts, was able to do a phone call instead of an office visit. Call lasted maybe 30 seconds. Saved me a lot of time.

Several days cough got terribly worse. Went in early and got in pretty quick. Staff was professional and helpful. Nurse asked good questions and prescribed appropriate medications. Glad I went in. Am getting better. I go there when I need attention now.  5 stars.

Dr.Lee was very kind and helpful with his advice on my ring finger and pinky finger that got hurt I felt alot better after my visit to the clinic and believe my fingers will be just fine. Thank you.

Went in for an STD screening and the nurse and doctor made me feel so uncomfortable. All I told the nurse was that I wanted to get the labs done, nothing else. She leaves and the doctor comes in and the first things she said is “i understand you think you may have been in contact with someone who’s infected”. I’m like I never said that. I just wanted to get tested. That was very rude. There was no need to assume that or ever put words in my mouth. Why I wanted to get tested is irrelevant especially if I didn’t say it on my own.

My therapy apparently ended outside Dr recommendation's! The staff got no information or update on more therapy

Overall, my visit was a very pleasant one. I simply don’t like filling in forms online. But the staff was excellent!

Most of the staff was at lunch when I was there so the lady who handles the front office also did my test. She was fabulous from the start by keeping me informed about the timeline and conducting the test. The Dr/PA was ok.

After receiving my results, I called Quest Lab Testing and discussed the results with a consultation. This consultation filled in my knowledge gaps and made me more aware of my particular situation.
