The front desk staff this time was excellent as was the nurse, but the doctor / physician's assistant did not seem to actually listen, understand, or appropriately address the situation.

Booked an appointment online, showed up 15 minutes before hand, they saw me almost instantly after I checked in, before my appointment time! The staff was super caring and Dr. Monk listened and gave me a through evaluation. He took time to get to the root of the problem. I'm so glad I went there. The wait time was brief also. Definitely recommend.

I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

The PA was excellent and thorough. He was evidence based, professional and explained his thought process.
