The only thing I did not care for was the receptionist. She was a little snobbish and unwelcoming. However, everything else was very nice.

The nurse was friendly but not at all gentle in swabbing my nose for the pcr test. I let her know how much she was hurting me and I know it could have been done to the same effect a lot more gently. She also told me it would take 2-3 days to get pcr results. I was led to believe otherwise from your web site and the doctor who was very friendly came in after and said we should have it probably 24 hours.

I’ve been here 3 times this year for different issues. The doctor is thorough and explains everything well. She is a very caring person. I could go to a place that’s close to my house but I like Prima a lot more —I’ve seen the same doctor each time, they give you personal attention, and I’ve never had to wait more than about 10 minutes.

The doctor and nurse were very professional and friendly, providing the information I needed on next steps and what symptoms I should watch for. I'm very glad Fast Track is in Kensington and able to treat acute injuries with kindness and care.
