I am a person who regularly receives B12 and vitamin shots as well as IV infusions. I had the worst experience this week when it was my first time visiting neumed modern urgent care. The doctor was very rude, did not have a gentle hand, after stabbing me three times to get my bulging vein,  they realize Metal stand that holds the IV bag is broken and that it's the only one in the facility. I have to get up from previously laying down on the table and walk all the way through their facility in pain after being stuck three times because they have one stand to hold an IV bag, don't make the mistake of going here. My arm still hurts and I didn't feel much of a difference.

Staff made me feel very dismissed with my concerns and how I was feeling and wrote off the weeks of illness I have been doing with. Bed side manner  needs a little work.

Felt terrible in the morning but went to work anyway, found this clinic about 5 minutes away. Was able to book an appointment right away same day. Facility is new, clean, staff nice. Got in and out in about 30 minutes with a script waiting for me later that day. Would highly recommend this clinic.

The PA was very helpful and explained her treatment plan in detail—and was also willing to adapt it when I explained that I was already on antibiotics. She also suggested a non-emergency doc to see and helped me make an appointment. Cery helpful, very professional.

I thought I just had a sprain but evidently I fractured my foot. It was easy to make an appointment. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They took an X-ray and explained the results, then gave me a boot. I was in and out in less than an hour. I was very pleased with the experience.

The staff were very kind and friendly. We did not wait that long. The office and exam rooms are clean. The doctor at the facility was great. He took the time to explain my child's health issue and what treatment would be best. I would reccomend using them.

I was super impressed! Their paperwork was quick and easy. The chairs were wide enough to fit in comfortably. Staff was very friendly. Treatment was prompt and already feel a lot better. I’ve been here a few times. Never a wait, always helpful staff and I don’t have to argue for a script by being told it’s just a virus when it’s clearly not. Thanks for a great experience each time. I really REALLY appreciate it!

The doctor is awesome took her time and listen to my concerns and answered all my questions.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
