It’s not like your regular doctors office they are urgent care Some staff members are friendly, some are not. This is a field in which you must have compassion or get another job! I do believe some doctors lack medical training and are not sure or misdiagnose your condition Always revisit your PCP

Dr. Tom was the best she sent me back to ER Cooper to have CT Scan and called them up to expedite my case. I have never had a doctor do that before so she is the BEST! The staff was amazing and RN, Selina, was super nice. Very friendly atmosphere.

Excellent staff, quick service, very professional. I was surprised I had a $50.00 co-pay, but paid it no problem. My co-worker with the same insurance paid NOTHING a few days later! That is the second time, I got charged and a co-worker did not at the same place, all of us having the same insurance. Crazy, go figure?!

As a senior with serious underlying health conditions, I was very fearful to have a needed CT scan during this pandemic. After making appt. I called the Exton facility directly about my condition & risk about coming in. Shannon listened & discussed my concern with Neelam in registration & CT technician Kelly about how to accommodate my visit. All personnel went out of their way to minimize my time there, protect me & make me safe. Models of health care who went above & beyond! My thanks & gratitude to our caring health care workers who put themselves at risk for us. Chris
