Did wrong diagnosis. Staff who conducted Quick test said that strep throat test is positive and antibiotics should be started . On our request , same time culture test was also taken whose results showed negative result for strep throat.  Because of wrong diagnosis, antibiotics was taken for 2 days

It was very amazing experience, everyone was nice and did amazing job, the wait room was and doctors room was clean and spacious good energy all around.

The staff was super caring and Dr. Monk listened and gave me a through evaluation. He took time to get to the root of the problem. I'm so glad I went there. The wait time was brief also. I had an itchy eye on Wednesday and woke up Thursday with my eye red and seeping. I was a walk-in and two people were before me, both done quickly. Front desk admin was helpful, the app for check-in didn’t work and the PA said my eye was infected and called in a prescription to my pharmacy. Day three of meds my eye is still itchy, red and hurts but less than before. Waiting to see if I will be fully recovered soon.

She performed a thorough exam and answered any questions or concerns we had. Never felt rushed. Office and patient rooms were immaculate.
