I booked an appointment early in the morning online and showed up to our apt time. Somehow I drove to the location but the staff were so friendly and worked us in. We only had to wait 30 before they called us back. The staff were all so friendly and the provider we saw was so nice and she took time to explain everything to us. I would definitely go back there if we can’t get into our PCP.

Daughter went in for ear pain but also had a dental procedure before going to LS and was bleeding from her mouth and the staff went out of their way to help with that and make my daughter feel soooo comfortable. Thank you Crystal, Sabrina and Kim for taking care of my daughter. Keep up the great customer service and always making my daughter feel better. SW is ALWAYS the best when it comes to making your kids feel comfortable. ❤️❤️

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
