Was a very pleasant experience for a Monday morning!  Impressed!

We had the best experience. Wonderful staff, and our regular pediatrician happened to be on duty that day. We didn’t wait long. We will be back again the next time we have an urgent care need.

The doctor is awesome took her time and listen to my concerns and answered all my questions.

Went in for an aggravatingly itchy rash on my legs!  Within 40 minutes of treatment the difference was amazing! I should never had waited so long to go in!!

Everyone was very helpful and friendly and thorough.

Woke up with rash that was spreading. Original thought was poison ivy or oak. Called GP and could not get into see them until tomorrow. They recommended I go to Urgent Care. In and out easy. Rx written and now at home. Fast and easy. I will use them again.

I recently visited Bellaire ER. The front desk ladies were very nice. My nurse Melissa went above and beyond to make me feel better. Lastly Dr. Quitanilla provide fast precise care to get me back on track and feeling better. Thank you all.

Our family’s PCP’s never have same-day appts available so we always go to this facility for our urgent care. Dr. Ishmael is always friendly and thorough. We haven’t had to experience long waits. We like that we can log in to secure an appt slot.

I was super impressed! Their paperwork was quick and easy. The chairs were wide enough to fit in comfortably. Staff was very friendly. Treatment was prompt and already feel a lot better. I was in and out in record time! Did I tell you how silos the paperwork was to complete on your phone? Not 4-8 pages of repetitive signatures!! Awesome all around!!! My daughter had a broken blood vessel in her eye and was scared. They got her right in and calmed her down. Very good service and nice 👍

The only negative thing I have to say is I didn't know about setting the appt. up online. The people are great and the care is awesome. When I can't see my personal physician Prime Urgent takes care of me. Thank you for being there for me.
