Great check in, less than 5 minutes for the first time

I came in because of itching of upper body. I thought I was having an allergic reaction, the provider saw me for less than 5 minutes and gave me a medical diagnosis of yeast and prescription Nystatin. I felt that that was wrong so I went to my allergist and asked could she see me, she said I had it an infection on my back so she gave me told me not to use the Nystatin and gave me antibiotics steroids and some steroid cream for the inflammation. I had to paid the urgent care $45 for the visit office, then they charge my insurance $400 plus dollars but they didn't help me. I will add, I usually have decent service from this location, but not this time.

Both the front and back staff were friendly, and helpful. Both the waiting room and patient’s rooms were clean and inviting.  Dr. Shuker has an excellent bedside manner, he’s very knowledgeable and conducted a thorough exam. I wasn’t rushed during my appointment, treatment was discussed with me, and my questions were answered. I recommend Beacon Skin and Surgeries to all.

Brita and Caroline the PA were amazing! They were very efficient. I love how clean the facility was. I would recommend these two ladies and your urgent care to anyone. I work in the medical field and I was very impressed. The only thing I would recommend would be wheel chair accessible doors. There should be a push button for entrance and exit. Overall I give this place a 10 out of 10

They were top-notch, quick, and organized, and they were on time didn't even need to get out Of my car. It was a drive-throw covid test.

Dr. Ali is the best. Very professional, asks questions, and then gives me medication if needed. I always chose this walk-in clinic.  I would recommend him and the office 100%.

Extremely positive experience with the staff. I was seen promptly, and the care from both providers was kind and informative. That the check-in process and paperwork were digital made things efficient. I was given instructions on how to care for my injury, and in and out quickly. Would absolutely recommend to anyone in the Ann Arbor area.

I truly appreciate Dr Ali, he’s a good person who cares with a very good bedside manner.  I like the nurse as well.  The care provided was very good.  The one issue I have an it’s important for the care team to consider.  The check in process online is fine, I prefer it but they need to do something about the stand in the lobby.  I woke up today with pinkeye from my visit as the person before me and after both had pinkeye.  Unless they have the ability to clean the machine then parents will continue to pass those things to each other.  I had to do Teledoc today to get pink eye drops.  You never want to be treated for one thing and pick up something else.  The cleaning process for the check in needs a major thought Process around it.

His was a very professional place. From the waiting room to the staff & the doctor it was all very nice. Would definitely recommend to all. No long wait either
