I have been feeling sick since Wednesday. I was able to schedule an appointment and got in for 11:00 am. Wait time was a bit long but the services received outweighed the wait

Went to bed with a slight toothache and woke up with a swollen face. Was able to schedule an appointment online for first thing in the morning. When I got there the staff was very nice, I was seen within 20 min. The Dr. was very nice, I was done within a half hour. My script was sent over to my pharmacy. I would definitely go again and recommend. Nice experience.

Easy to schedule, they had a same day appt and I was able to book right at 9 am, staff and PA were SO nice, PA was informative and friendly, with great bedside manner and advice. My only opportunity area for this Urgent Care would be to reduce the wait time. It took 40 minutes before I even saw the PA from when I arrived with the 9 am appt. And all together I was there 1 hour and 30 minutes. PA was new and learning the ropes and computer systems, but this waiting time (with an appt) should look to be shortened in the future.

The Nurse Practitioner was very good, compassionate, knowledgable. She sat with me and explained what she had diagnosed. I would absolutely recommend her. I feel fortunate that she was there yesterday.

My son woke up with a bad cough and his pediatrician couldn’t see him for 3 days. Typically my son is afraid of doctors, but the provider today was AMAZING. He made the exam fun for my son and made this our most positive doctor experience. I would definitely recommend him to anyone with little ones.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.
