No appointment. I walked in. No one ahead of me, so I was seen instantly. My discussionwith the doctor lasted about 5 minutes. It went downhill from there. I needed to go to the hospital, but was not given a choice of which one to go to. They sent all my records to their affiliate hospital, which is a hellhole. I'm still there 3 days later with no diagnosis, probably because I've rarely seen a doctor, and when they do come into my room, they spend less than 5 minutes here. I could go on and on, but this isn't a review of the hospital. The bottom line is this urgent care facility is just a pipeline to the subpar hospital. You're better off going elsewhere. I would not recommend this facility.

Urgently Care has made me consider making it my personal physician center. My doctors are in NY but for the past few years Urgent Care continues to deliver quality professional clean and Happy Staff. I am considering switching over because of the variety and quality service provided by the ENTIRE TEAM. Thanks again for helping me feel better walking out the door then how I felt going in. Woke up very sick. Called but no openings. Had to book an appointment and wait the next day to be seen. Doctors and their assistants very attentive and knowledgeable. Highly recommend been seen here for more than 8 years.

Institution states they will not take an insurance payment for any type of "physical exam" even if your insurance will pay for it they force you to pay out of pocket. Let you schedule the appointment just to inform you once you've arrived for your appointment and not before hand. This procedure needs to be evaluated and changed. I would recommend so far for any other service.

Dr. Richard and staff were both professional and friendly. Honestly, I cannot be thankful enough. I absolutely recommend this center to anyone in need of urgent help.

I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

Well, to be honest I was a bit disappointed. I went online to search for a "podiatrist" for a same day, or next day appointment. Using my zip code, I searched for locations in which to see a podiatrist the same day...... Your location, which is just within three or four blocks from my home, came up. Bottom line is, I anticipated, and expected to see a board certified podiatrist... A doctor who "specializes in foot care!"

The PA was excellent and thorough. He was evidence based, professional and explained his thought process.

I highly recommend for anyone thinking of getting tested. From start to finish the whole process was hassle free and and very professional. I had my results very quickly and discreetly couldn't be happier with the service.
