Having been a nurse for 44 years, I had hoped the doctor would have taken an adequate medical history from me, but it seemed he only had a minute or two allotted for my visit type. My chief complaint was urinary frequency, urgency and hesitancy, and no pain, however, I had been on Augmentin for 3 days with little relief and new onset nausea and diarrhea, which he did not address. His advice was to continue the med until the culture returned, but the UA was negative, making the culture an unnecessary expense and furthering my discomfort. I discontinued the Augmentin after diarrhea and several doses of Imodium. Please evaluate your patients after listening to ALL their complaints. Thank you.

I didn't schedule an appointment. I went to the urgent care I usually go to and they were closed already. I came here and very surprised. They were busy but got me in, exam, consultation, and even got a prescription in to the pharmacy before it closed. Everyone was so nice, caring, listened to my concerns. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here.
