Recently, I stepped on a rusty nail and immediately my family and I looked up and found the MultiCare clinic near Aurora. The office staff and medical professionals were friendly, knowledgeable, and timely. I have not had any better service at any other place and have had quite a few medical mishaps!  (: I would absolutely recommend this provider to strangers as well as family members.

Had to wait a bit for my scheduled apointment, but was pleased by the care I recieved.

Came in because of a suspected sinus infection. Staff were professional and kind. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next morning, and was seen relatively quickly. Muriel really helped me out. Brie was quick and efficient. Danyel I saw very briefly, but was helpful. Thanks, y'all.

Saturday morning all appointments were full but staff put me on waiting list and sent me home so that is didn’t have to sit in waiting room for hours. Really appreciate the text, telling me when a spot was open. Staff and care was great, thank you.

From calling to scheduling an appointment everything went very good, entire staff was very polite and caring.

I had been to Indigo in Federal Way before so since I have a bad cough with other symptoms and a very sore wrist from a fall I called them!  Everyone, from scheduling, sign in, Dr P. Singh, nursing, xray, all were very professional and pleasant. I would highly recommend them.

I was able to get in right away, zero wait time. It was incredible! And I’m so thankful I did, turned out to be very serious, including a hospitalization. So happy I didn’t have to wait anywhere else. Definitely returning only here in the future.

Made an appointment, they were able to get me in early. NP Wendy was great. She listened to my issues, made her diagnosis and prescribed medication.  24 hours later I feel so much better. I highly recommend the Lake Stevens Indigo office

The nurse's attitude made me feel better about my wart

I woke up with my eyes crusted over. Called indigo, Dustin and the first appointment they had was @ 5:15pm. I showed up 15 minutes early and waited in the Lobby for 30 minutes.

The first person i spoke to to get checked in was somewhat rude in the sense that it seemed like she didn’t believe me. however when it was time to be seen by the dr and finish check in, the medical assistant was amazing in that process. the medical assistant with the brown hair is great. the dr was amazing as well and made me feel heard.

Staff was great and very empathetic to the pain I was in. They explained the treatment options well.
