Saturday morning all appointments were full but staff put me on waiting list and sent me home so that is didn’t have to sit in waiting room for hours. Really appreciate the text, telling me when a spot was open. Staff and care was great, thank you.

The first person i spoke to to get checked in was somewhat rude in the sense that it seemed like she didn’t believe me. however when it was time to be seen by the dr and finish check in, the medical assistant was amazing in that process. the medical assistant with the brown hair is great. the dr was amazing as well and made me feel heard.

Recommend removing the statement 'walk ins welcome" as I tried to walk in on 07may and was told they were completely booked despite lack of patients in the waiting room.

Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.
