Was able to get right in to see a staff member did not have to wait long. The staff listened and was empathetic to the fact that I was in pain. They called in the appropriate medication and got me out the door in a timely fashion.

Went to bed with a slight toothache and woke up with a swollen face. Was able to schedule an appointment online for first thing in the morning. When I got there the staff was very nice, I was seen within 20 min. The Dr. was very nice, I was done within a half hour. My script was sent over to my pharmacy. I would definitely go again and recommend. Nice experience.

I was a walk-in. Checking in was painless and my weight was not long. Everyone was very friendly I found the office to be clean and welcoming.

Easy to schedule, they had a same day appt and I was able to book right at 9 am, staff and PA were SO nice, PA was informative and friendly, with great bedside manner and advice. My only opportunity area for this Urgent Care would be to reduce the wait time. It took 40 minutes before I even saw the PA from when I arrived with the 9 am appt. And all together I was there 1 hour and 30 minutes. PA was new and learning the ropes and computer systems, but this waiting time (with an appt) should look to be shortened in the future.

The Nurse Practitioner was very good, compassionate, knowledgable. She sat with me and explained what she had diagnosed. I would absolutely recommend her. I feel fortunate that she was there yesterday.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Quest Lab Testing for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.
