While visiting from out of town my 5 year old started running a high fever and had a sore throat. Urgent care for kids in McKinney was amazing! They were so patient and kind, we were seen quickly. It was honestly one of the best experiences I've ever had taking any of my children to the doctor.

Overall, my visit was a very pleasant one. I simply don’t like filling in forms online. But the staff was excellent!

I got an appointment with 30 minutes of attempting, went immediately into a room upon my arrival, was seen within 1 minute of being in the room and got the care that I needed by kind and well-trained staff. My son was exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19. I was able to book our appointment online, complete all the necessary paperwork digitally and when we arrived we waited for less than 2 minutes before we were called back. We chose to have him tested using the rapid test and we were able to wait in the room for his results. I appreciate their efficiency in our time of need.

They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
