    Sorry Treatment

was disappointed how my husband was treated today at this clinic. He went in on Sunday and was treated for bursitis in his elbow... Went back today to get a doctors release needed for his job and the lazy doctor would not even fill out the paperwork he needed...

Extremely Poor Treatment (go somewhere else)

Very disappointed from the moment I walked in. I felt like I was an inconvenience to the receptionist. She did not even look up and immediately asked for the $50 dollar co-pay. The wait was not long (only good part). The music playing at the nurses station was loud and the tv in the patient room was even louder. I had to mute it so I could here the nurse who first came in. The nurse should have muted it. Dr. Parkman came in after about 7 minutes and looked at my son's severe sore throat for less than a second. She asked maybe one or two questions and walked out. As she was walking out, I asked her what the situation is. She stopped at the door and said she would prescribe a "mouthwash that numbs the area". I said, "that's it?". She said yes and shut the door. I was very disappointed they did not even swab for strep. We then left and went to 3 separate pharmacies in Zachary who could not fill the prescription because they did not carry that "numbing mouthwash". I'll sum this up. The doctor didn't do her job which is seriously disturbing because after a second opinion, the condition turned out to be strep. Beware of this clinic. This poor treatment can become very serious to your health.

    Poor Treatment

I went in on monday suffering with sore throat could barely talk and a bed cough. The doctor came in had me breath in and out and suggested steroid shot.I ask not to recieve one because it does nothing for me. The Dr insisted I would feel better and have my voice back by the evening. 3 days later I have had no improvements and feel even worse then before. I will never return to this office again. I feel robbed of my co pay.
