I would not recommend this facility at all. If you are in need of any medical attention - DO NOT GO here. Extremely disappointed. Walked in with an injury and just wanted to get a basic, practical assessment if I really need treatment or not.
The "doctor" refused to see me or even talk to me, and closed the door! It's all about liability and legal disclaimers- nothing about doing some basic checks to see if you are OK or if further attention is really required. These are not real doctors. All they know how to do is cover their own ass. Why are they even there- if they are not going to help? If someone is really, really in need of medical attention or assistance- this is by no means the place to go. I read the mission statement for this business and I must say the people working should read it too. They are not at all performing it. To be really honest, their mission statement is absolute bullshit. And I would tell that to the branch manager up to the president of the company. Contact me if you wish, I'll back it up.

These people don't know what they are doing and this location should be shut down.

    Unbelievably bad service.

    These people are imposters.

You are better off going to a drug store and consulting a pharmacist.

I would rate it lower if I only could.

    Not quality
    Not convenience
    Not service

Who likes getting treated like an a****le when one goes somewhere for "care"?

The front desk service at this location after hours was kind & welcoming. Thank you! However, I was extremely disheartened by our experience with the doctor. He was disengaged and seemingly uninterested in helping us find a solution for the rash that was spreading over my four year old sons body. With a quick glance, he prescribed $200 worth of medication for "bug bites". After we forked over the money to the pharmacy, we couldn't shake feeling very doubtful about this doctor's ability to properly diagnose our kid with such a flippant attitude. We didn't open any of the meds, but instead wasted $200 on a bad diagnosis. Who knows what the actual visit will end up costing us!? We got a second opinion and my child was diagnosed with hand food mouth. I walked away from this office feeling like I'd lost trust in the medical profession because of the way this doctor treated us. Please step your game up or retire.
