    Nothing 'urgent' about this place

I came in to this facility with pain in my knee that increased while in their waiting room. The front desk attendants were disinterested in my condition, and made no effort to expedite my service. I was in so much pain I thought I might pass out, but people waiting for physicals were taken back before I was. I saw no doctor. I was told they had no way to manage my pain in their facility so I left for the nearby hospital emergency room. Very poor service and apparently very limited ability to deal with an 'urgent' condition.

As the above comment, front desk staff were completely disinterested and unhelpful, albeit unprofessional. ARNP quoted statistics, instead of listening to me, the patient, as to my problem with poison ivy/oak - not a new issue for me. She refused to give me 2 steroid injections, the ONLY thing this horrible allergy responds to, and one week later, I am STILL having problems and it is spreading. I then called FOUR times to try to speak with someone who has my chart - that would be Lisa twice, as well as Angelica twice - forget speaking to a MD as there is not one there, and Jaime says he cannot have anyone speak to me (now after 7 days and 3 hours) because they are busy - "I can leave a message for the next time a MD comes in." I don't think this clinice EVER has a MD! Not too busy to take my money and not treat my problem. Frankly, if I could dump Baptist Health Insurance, I would do that. AVOID THIS CLINIC AT ALL COSTS. TERRIBLE SERVICE. The ONLY good thing is one RN who gives excellent injections - if that is you need.

Poor customer service with front office

Front office staff treated me and my son unfair, allowed other patients go back before us even though we arrived before other clients. When I asked them about why others were being seen before my son the receptionist became very defensive and unprofessional toward me as if I didn't matter. I was made to feel as if I were a second class citizen. If my son wasn't as sick as he was I would have left. The reception needs some training in customer service and cultural competency.
