    This is where I always go, but I will try elsewhere next time.

    I waited for a lot longer than usual, about an hour and a half. I heard the receptionist say she thought she mixed up the order for patients to be seen, which made sense because she told me there were three people before me, but I saw more than that go before me. I know some of the patients on the side of the Minor Med see one of the doctors there, but I saw who went to his window and who went to Minor Med's window, and I know at least one person was definitely seen before me. She needed a Spanish speaking interpreter, and was seen before me, even though she had only been there a short time. As we walked back I mentioned to the nurse that the receptionist mentioned she mixed up the order of patients, and she told me that wasn't true (? how would she know - she doesn't check in the patients) and that they had a lot of broken bones and bad cuts. Serious stuff, she called it, as though my respiratory issue was no big deal. I'm through with this business. When I was diagnosed with bppv, I was told to look it up online and do the Eply Maneuver, this was in March of this year. I was billed $70. He looked at my ears, eyes, nose and throat. This time I was charged $85 and he looked in my ears, and barely my throat. He lightly pounded on the areas where sinus problems would be. Never told me why I can't hear in one ear, let alone what my diagnosis was. The receptionist tried to interpret it, but she couldn't make out the code. They don't even give you any paperwork, which every other doctor I've been to does.
