    Wait Time

    Slow, crabby reception

This location is close to home and we've worked with doctors in the ENT dept. I've tried this Urgent Care several times because of location and convenience of bringing foster children with Ks medical cards. However, the wait is ALWAYS ridiculous. An hour at least to get to a room? No information from reception except "I don't know, maybe an hour" Then into a room to wait more. I've walked out a couple of times to go elsewhere because the wait was horrible.
