    Worst experience and obtaining legal representation.

    My daughter was screamed at by Dr.Haque..right off the bat..no introduction.,walked in with her hands held up and "Hey..I ain't no dentist." Using the same eloquence....You ain't no doctor either.
    Our mistake..we will never come there again. My daughter.,a U.S. Marine with no dental coverage as she is retired..needed 2 days antibiotics and pain meds to get her through to today..the soonest dental appt she could get. She ended up having emergency surgery that night and collapsed. The manager won't call me back. And my reviews won't post..this is number 4.

    Never use the Moline Genesis

    4 hour wait. No kidding!!! Doctor diagnosed my husband and I before we finally entered exam room. She did a flu swab and even though we both were negative she insisted we still had the flu. I tried to explain I had sinus and my husband most likely had bronchitis, to be ignored. The nurse seemed polite and interested but the doctor could care less. I was fortunate I had a physical scheduled at Trinity. so my primary took care of the awful sinus I had. My husband has coughed for 6 weeks and it is now starting to let up. I could not get him to go anywhere else because of this nasty experience. Now, we both paid the co-pay on 2 separate checks at the time of service and they have the bill messed up. This is the 2nd time this has happened and even with copies the insurance company has sent they can't seem to figure it out. They do not know the difference between a co-pay and what we owe for our deductible for the lab (the useless nasal swab for flu). We are demanding they post the co-pay as a co-pay and the deductible be billed as a deductible. They said they would bill us $1.30 each instead. My husband mentioned this at work and a co-worker said they never use Genesis for this reason.
