    Double Bills!

While the actual medical service at Anderson's locations is reliable and the hours are good, I DO NOT recommend EVER seeing them during the hours that Walgreens is also open. Not only will they leave you sitting waiting for your discharge for half an hour or more after seeing the doctor, but you will be DOUBLE BILLED for their services. Even if you have insurance, if you have a copay you WILL HAVE TO PAY YOUR COPAY TWICE. You are billed once on arrival by the hospital and pay a copay upfront, but the actual physician is contracted and that separate company will bill your insurance as well, so you WILL receive a bill later asking for another copay to go to the physician. I paid $75 upfront to be seen for a sinus infection and two months later received a bill from Uptown Physicians asking for $75 for a copay for the same visit. Upon calling, it turned out that since they're a separate provider, I do in fact have to pay them separately. The ONLY benefit to Anderson is that it is open in the evenings and has an on-site X-ray machine. If you don't absolutely require those things, save your money and go elsewhere.

    Rude dr

Dr Sajid was rude and talked down to me like I was stupid. I have had issues with him everytime I have seen him or my kids see him. He keeps asking why we don't see our dr. I informed him either my dr did not have any same day appointments or at the time we went our dr's office is closed. When I filed a complaint I got a phone call from the director of this express care talking down to me thinking I was being too senitive about how Dr. Sajid because his English is not the best or there is just a cultural difference. I'm sorry but Dr. Sajid is just rude and has a bad bedside manner. I will not be going to this express care unless I have no other choice or if the Dr. I have issue with and the director are gone. They are both rude and I will not but up with it

    Rude director

I made a complaint about a dr and the director of this express care called and about the rude dr. But tried to say maybe it was a clutural difference or the fact the dr's enligish was the issue. Then tried to say as long as the medical treatment was good then there is no issue. I'm sorry if a dr is rude it makes people less inclined to get the medical treatment they need. If I knew who I could report the director to for this issue I would report him in a heart beat. My family will not go here unless we absolutely have to. We will go the the St. E's urgent care or the E.R. For anytime we can't get in to see our Dr.
