    Wait Time

    Ear Infection and Superior Service

I was visiting on vacation from Canada and my ear canal was swollen and infected. Called ahead and they said to come straight in. I did not have to wait long. The receptionist and nurse were very friendly. Summer the nurse practitioner took care of me placed a wick in one ear to get the drops in as swollen shut and looked at both ears and gave me a prescription drops which they had in the office. I didn't need to find a pharmacy. I was also told to take Sudafed which I did have to find a drugstore and Advil for pain. She told by Friday it would be cleared up and would unplug. I spilled my drops and had to go in the next day, which they replaced a cost of course. Dr. Kevin Stephenson was in and noticed that I still had the wick and cotton in my ears. He had me come in at once and removed the wick and told me that the ear had to breath. He was very kind and all were very professional. Thursday night my ear was still plugged and was worrying about flying home on Sat. But low and behold my ear cleared on Friday as Summer said. Saturday just before leaving for the airport Summer called me to see if everything was fine. You don't find this care at most doctor's offices. I highly recommend this Walk-in Clinic.
