    Wait Time

First Come First Served shouldn't apply in medical situations!!

I sat with my mother, who was wracked with chills and hot flashes intermittently, for an hour and a half before being brought back. The first come, first served philosophy doesn't work in medicine. SEVERITY should be the indicator of who is seen first. Those in apparent physical distress should be seen first!! I am HIGHLY dissatisfied with the quality of care and wait time involved with this visit. The condescension from the nurses and receptionists was appalling. If you want quality care, go to the ER. There they are you based on what's wrong with you. If you have an urgent problem, do NOT go to urgent care!!!!!

    Wait Time

    Just what I needed

The wait time was horrible, but I have definitely waited much longer at the ER.....I had no other option than to go to urgent care and they helped me in every way possible! The receptionists were friendly and upbeat even though the room was packed. The nurse was friendly and made me laugh. The doctor knew exactly what was wrong and may have kept me from being admitted to the hospital! I am very grateful to have had the urgent care as an option yesterday!! Thank you for all you do!
