    Wait Time

I've had more than one bad experience at this facility. It was Sunday, so I didn't have many options and I feel REALLY unwell. The wait time was okay, considering there wasn't that many patients waiting. What I am upset and unhappy about is that every time I have visited this location, I have seen Dr.Purdy and he is NOT very thorough! I work in healthcare and advised him of this. He spent a total of 5 minutes in the room with me. I wanted a flu test because I have the symptoms and was denied one. He stated that he thought it was "viral". He barely looked in my ears (which have fluid on them)... Left his stethoscope up to my heart for one second and listened to me breathe twice. I left there being told to take OTC meds and a Z-Pak. I will travel an hour before I visit here again. Bedside manner means ALOT!
