Warning! Visit at your own risk!

My daughter in law who is visiting had a mild ear ache, her military insurance sent her here. At the time she was 6 weeks pregnant & the NP, Ashley Underwood, said she had a build up of wax. She picked at the wax instead of simply flushing out her ear, charged her $80 & called in some ear drops that cost $40. The bad thing is the ear drops were NOT safe for pregnancy, especially the first trimester! A pharmacy, her double master nurse practitioner mom, OBGYN & the other doctor we had to see ALL said not to take the drops. On 12/31 we went to another urgent care & they simply flushed her ear out & everything was fine! With how difficult Tricare is, they will probably NOT pay for 2 doctor visits for the same thing so she will be out $120 because Community Family Practice will not issue a refund! Hell, Judy the office manager & supposed owner won't even return my calls or talk to me after being on hold for 20 minutes twice! Not only is this place unprofessional, unethical, it's dangerous! I'd give it a negative star if I could! Stay away!

    Cathy the NP

Cathy was suppose to call me in a specific medicine we talked about. Without consulting me she called in a medicine for hypertension not anxiety like we discussed. The medicine she called me in could have lowered my blood pressure fatally low. When she finally got on the phone she was very judge mental about one of my current Meds. I never was untruthful with her and everything is in my history that she has complete access to. She just was to lazy to read it and then used her own judgemental opinion to say that the anxiety medicine is not campatable with my current medicine. WHAT I have been taking this anxiety medicine safely with all my current Meds safely for two years. The medicine she prescribed was not compatable with someone with normal blood pressure. She did not say she was sorry she hung up and said she doesn't have to out up with this. Well, Cathy you are s healthcare professional and you made an oath to give exceptional service to your patients. Did you forget or do you not consider some people worth your help?
