- Wait Time
The actual visit was okay, the but everything since then, is the worst, they use a online system called mychart, that's suppose to be for the patient convenience and easy for the medical office t communicate with you. I had an appt on 5/11, and from the 5/12 to until today. I have been waiting on a response to prescription med request and my scheduling of a INR appt. Done trying to communicate with them. On the for another Family Dr., and I thought Grady was bad, but I never waited more than a day for Grady to respond. If your thinking of going there run the other way.
