    Religious Urgent Care?

I'm not sure if this will help people decide to come here or make them stay away, but this particular location is currently broadcasting a religious sermon (a Christian Televangilist) on the waiting room television. I'm going to look it up, but I seriously doubt that this is a religious care location and I doubt even more that Piedmont is a religious organization.

Profiling by Nurse practitioner & (or) P.A., also how test screening materials were handled (unsanitary) left open to air exposure and germs

At our recent visit a couple of weeks ago we were very displeased with the care we were given due to the first thing the Nurse or PCT who was doing a Flu test swab left the swab out of the package before it was tested ( test sample was taken) in the exam room & proceeded to carry the swab out of the exam room exposed to the area to place it in the equipment to test the swab. The Nurse practitioner (or) PA then came into the room proceeded to "profile" my family , jumping to conclusions and ranting about things that aren't true "belittling " us making us feel as if we were "worthless" , all of this when she should have been more concerned about examining the patient being seen and the treatment to be administered. I understand that the staff there was busy extremely busy due to the Flu season and Flu being on the rise , but if you want to continue to earn a living in the health care profession you need to give quality care to your patients whom basically have a need for proper care and are the reasons you maintain getting paid to do the job you do , you all have taken an Oath to do ! As far as me & my family since this has occurred more than once , we will no longer be using your facility , we'll take our business somewhere else !
