    poss insect bite

Painful to walk, tears falling on the floor and then I get to see the PA who says he has to cut the wound open. Say what???? Novocaine needles killed, then the squeezing killed. BUT...... Eric was so nice and tried to be as gentle as possible. I returned the next day and saw Kathy. She tired to be gentle as well but decided she wanted a culture so she shoved a q-tip into the wound. LOL.... I laugh because I worked in an ER for 11 years so I knew everything that they both did had to be done. My meds were changed and the next day it started to drain. I am still not able to sit in an upright position to get back for another recheck but progress is steady...slowy but steady. It isnt as painful, I can lie on my back for a little while before it does hurt. I want you all to know that they did what had to be done and they were so nice about it all. From the reception area to the back treatment room, everyone was so nice and apathetic about the whole situation. I will definitely remember this place with the next issue my family has. Highly recommend this clinic.

    Shoulder problems

Dr and Nurses were great. I don't have enough nice things to say about them. The only irritant was sitting in the empty waiting room for an hour listening to everyone laugh and have fun in the back while each minute that passed seemed like a painful hour. Once I got back there Dr Choy was fabulous and The nurses were terrific. Honestly if they had not made me pay in advance I would have left and went elsewhere. So glad I did not.
