    Took my sick daughter in on Sunday. They refused to treat her unless I paid a balance they said I owed from a visit over 8 months prior. When I pulled up my bank statement and showed the receptionist that I paid the balance at the time of service, she informed me that her system doesn't show the payment, and that I would have to pay it and today's copay before my daughter would be treated. I said I'd pay for today and we could discuss the other balance on Monday when the business office is open. She would not accept that. I had to go elsewhere for my daughter to receive treatment. I called the business office Monday to be informed that i DO NOT have a balance. I asked for a letter of apology from the belligerent front desk personnel and was told that they would not do that. I could come in and she would apologize to my face. I'm never stepping foot in this hack job place again. If they are too incompetent to see I don't have a balance, how can I trust them with any medical decisions?
