    Treatment turned down

I was so upset on Friday night 10/30. I brought my 85 year old mother who has been a patient there several times in the past while visiting Florida. It was 5:30 and the clinic was open till six. My mother had lost her balance on her walker and she had a very large piece of skin come off of her arm and was worried about infection. There was no one in the waiting room. The receptionist went back to see if the doctor could look at her. He said no and she directed us to a different urgent care. My mother was very upset and in a lot of pain. I can't believe she got turned away 1/2 hour before closing. It's my understanding that people should be seen if they show up before closing time, especially 1/2 hour before! I was so disappointed because she was always happy there before. It seemed that my mom was not a concern. I felt the doctor didn't want to get held up on a Friday night. Very disappointin
