    Do NOT Go Here!

This urgent care is the worst urgent care I have even dealt with. I'm not sure how they are even open. Every time I've been there my billing gets messed up. I have been billed and billed again for the same two visits over a year ago. One of those was paid in full by my insurance twice because they fraudulently billed my visit with two doctors. I was assured by their billing it was paid in full after a year. Now they are billing me again different amounts for those same two visits! In addition almost everything on my chart was wrong including made up surgeries and allergies. And when I said I was exhausted from being so sick one time the doctor wrote that I was just lazy. Please do not go here!

    Completely ridiculous

Visited the clinic today with a severe foot injury. Radiology tech (or not) threw a lead vest on my lap and commenced to take three X-rays of my foot. Leaving the door open the entire time, he was either completely complacent in his technical degree or really didn't care. The RNP that saw me today was basically directed by the X-Ray guy. I asked her two questions and was told, "I don't know dude". She said she was going to Rx me 3 different meds as one was officially called in to Rite Aid. Finally, I waited 30min for Rico to bring me my foot cast. Needless to say, No one knew I was even there. I decided to open the door and flag someone down. I was handed a soft cast "in the bag" and left. After 20yrs in the Air Force, "i've been around". This was the worst thing i've ever seen. Considering a follow up with Tricare for a formal complaint.
