Hello! Everyone friendly from the receptionist to the person that took my vitals. . Didn’t have a long wait. Alexandra Jean very attentive, patient and efficient. She and took my call when I called hours later about the medicine. Keep up the great work.

Had a 10:30 appointment was seen around 11. Not bad. Out by 11:30  well taken care of.

Just learned they preformed a pregnancy test on me without my knowledge or consent nor did they tell me the results of this test.  I was made aware on my insurance EOB from them billing my insurance company for it.  Absolutely unethical to be preforming tests without any knowledge or consent.

The overall experience at the Lehigh office was totally satisfactory. Each staff member was presentable and professional. My great granddaughter was treated with understanding and when necessary,even humor to gain her cooperation. A positive experience was had by the both of us .

My son woke up with a bad cough and his pediatrician couldn’t see him for 3 days. Typically my son is afraid of doctors, but the provider today was AMAZING. He made the exam fun for my son and made this our most positive doctor experience. I would definitely recommend him to anyone with little ones.

Everything about the visit was great

Our family was stressed about the need to be tested for COVID-19 and from the time we walked into PM Pediatrics we knew we were in great hands. Highly recommended!

When being checked in girl talked with others the whole time.  Girl who checked me in talks loud. Not to complain but when no t feeling well annoying. Being 62 don’t think questions about being pregnant last period are necessary. She snapped back saying she has to ask. Doctor was great and through. I’m overall pleased I got my X-ray without having to go somewhere else. I think my complaints are exaggerated because I was feeling very sick
