front office staff was great. The nurse who started off me me was good too. Doctor ... what can I say "not sure what is making you cough, here's and antibiotic and steroid hope that helps. If that wasn't enough, then they send me my bill, I schedule the payment online through my bank and the day after the payment is sent I get a notice from a collection agency. REALLY. 1 bill in the mail and then turned over for collection before I can even write a check. NOT GOOD.

    DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY

Is it possible to give a place negative stars? My son came home from work with a huge nose bleed. Piedmont Urgent closes at 9 pm. I called AHEAD and told Piedmont that they were on the way. The "nurse" who answered could not have cared less. My husband was rushing our son up there and I called ahead because it was 8:50. They were there before 9, BUT the door was locked, lights off with the office staff SITTING inside laughing as my son tried the door. This happened less than 10 minutes AGO.

Now, my family is off to Emory Johns Creek. These people have no business caring for anyone's health if they can sit there and LAUGH at a person trying to get in their doors BEFORE the close of business. NEVER AGAIN!

UPDATE- It is now Sunday, 8/28. I called at 9am, when the facility opened and asked to speak to the Practice Manager. Because it is Sunday, there was no one there for me to speak to, but the receptionist told me she would call the manager and have her call me. That was 2 hours ago. I called back just now and was told that the manager told the receptionist to "send her an email" and she'd "call me at some point." UNACCEPTABLE. If I ran my business like this, I'd have no customers.
