    Very Friendly and Convenient

Walk in clinics are not what they seem. I’ve been in New York for the past five years and have always managed to come across walk in clinics that either end up making patients wait or affect the overall experience will their inefficient service. I have to say UrgentWay proved me wrong when a friend recommended I give it a try. Quick service and quality care are how I would characterize my experience. Love the way everything works here and I wish them all the best for the future!

    First Walk in Medical Center

I always feel super rushed at the traditional emergency rooms even after the long wait times. It's as if doctors here are on a mission to rush you out as fast as they possibly can without even properly diagnosing you.
I’ve always been hesitant to go to a walk-in until I read Urgent Way’s reviews. This was actually the first walk in medical center I found on 411. I really think Urgent Way are great! Awesome experience, quick and compassionate professionals. I've been here twice, both times during the mid-afternoon on a Saturday. I usually call before I show up and the wait times have never been ridiculous. It always takes about 30 minutes for a doctor to see me. Jessica, the office assistant, was very friendly. She was really gentle and put me at ease.

Best services at affordable price and less time

When I called my private doctor to see if I could get an appointment the soonest possible and they told me I'd have to wait 7 days to see him which was not going to work since I felt terrible. They suggested that I find an urgent care center if I could not wait so I tried Urgent Way. I don't have so much experience with Urgent Care centers so I was somehow reluctant. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with very friendly staff who quickly filled out the necessary paperwork, after which I waited for just about 5 minutes before they let me in to see the doctor. The doctor I found was very professional and friendly and took the time to listen to my needs. I felt like I could not have gotten better care; even if I had gone to see my regular doctor. If you want a walk-in medical clinic with nurses and doctors that are on top of everything, this is it! Urgent Way is definitely a great resource to have in New York City!!

    Less Wait and Attentive Care

We never have to wait more than 15 minutes in the waiting room. The staff is attentive enough and organized. Dr Khan is perfect at putting new patients at ease. She takes her time to explain everything that concerns a patient. She does not force her point of view on you but explain options. We’ve moved to NJ and still scheduled a visit with her in Brooklyn. Until we find somebody comparable, she will always be the doctor to take care of our child.
