    Couldn't be treated

    After waiting for an hour and a half, we finally got got back. The NP then said oh I can't treat you, you were just here a few weeks ago. I said why not? That's just our policy. So she then looks in his ear and says ohhhh you have a horrible ear infection. Sorry can't treat you. His dr was full and couldn't see him. So instead of doing the job, the only reason this place exists, to take care of patients, I had to take him to another prompt care. And the receptionist was extremely rude to everyone who checked in.

    The mexican lady receptionist at the walmart clinic was lack of ethical conduct, very unprofessional and rude.

    My first visit there was good because she is not working that day. I was there for my medical and physical exam.
    After that I have to come back for my result. They said, they will call me once the result is in.
    It took 5 days and no call so I insist calling them. The mexican lady receptionist answered my call. She cant find my name and she started to pissed. I knew to her tone of voice that she Is already pissed. So she turned over the phone to her other co worker. When she passed the phone, i heard her saying to her co worker "this makes me crazy, can u talk to her coz im done talking to her!"
    Then her co worker talked to me nicely and calm and with respect. surprisingly, she found my name and it was there, she said the result were in so I went to the clinic right away. Then there is the mexican lady receptionist. I was waiting for her to approach me but it didnt happen so I represent myself and the reason why im there. When She asked my name, she remembered me. And she said "so its you again. your name pls?" Then I stated. "Date of birth" and i stated. She still cant find my name. She started to make a face like she was pissed. I told her that the nurse that i talked to, found my name and my results of test were in. And she said "i cant find it.. I cant find your name in our system. Sorry.... Can i have ur insurance?" Then i gave it. But still she cant find it. She then walked away with a pissed face and saying "Im done with this. This reallu makes me crazy." I felt being disrespected. She then turned over it again to her co worker/assistant and the assistant found my name! Huh! After that, when i got the results, the mexican lady receptionist yelled but not really loud and told me "next time, call your insurance and update your name." I didnt say anything coz i dont want to start arguing. But the real reason is I tried to update my insurance but they asking for proof that my name was changed. And i cant provide it because not all my ID's are not updated to. Specially rhe greencard. Its one of the requirement to update my name in the insurance. I didnt change my name in my greencard yet because 3 months from now im having an interview for citizenship and thats the time i will change and update my name in all of my ID's.
    So when i walked out the clinic, I was in the car already and suddenly I forgot something to ask so i came back to the clinic and I saw her face (mexican lady receptionist). and her face was like an angry face when Im coming nearer to her. I can see in her eyes and mouth gesture she was mad. And I ask her "hi, i forgot something to ask, what is the address of your other clinic that i can ask for vaccine?" She replied with unprofessional manner and gestures.

    You know what, the waiting time there were really long before they can assist u but Im willing to wait patiently for that. But if the staff is unprofessional, no respect, and rude. I will not waste my time going there.

    I love shopping at walmart but im sorry for the bad service because of just one employee there at the clinic. I have to post this. Sorry for my bad english.

    I might also want to send a complain about this mexican receptionist lady to her manager. I will send a complain not because I wanted her to be kick out or fired, but because I want to give her a chance to change her ethical conduct and behavior to all patients that deserves to recieve right care and treatment.

    POOR RECEIPTIONIST.

    Imformation was taken about the patient 2 hrs. before my grandson was to see a Dr. After waiting 2 Hrs. with a sick baby, My daughter got in to see the Dr. She was then informed that he couldn't help because the baby is under 2 years of age. Why wasn't this imformation passed on before waiting 2 hours surrounded by other sick people (with flu)? Poor service ------

    The fat blonde bitch at the front desk ..I believe a medical assistant..is SO rude. So unprofessional has no clue what she is even talking about. Go to school fatass.

    I thought both the receptionist and the doctor were very nice, no problem with them, personally. However, i was told, by the doctor, that my rx would be faxed to the Walmart pharmacy immediately (I'm assuming bc I was sick and diagnosed with upper respiratory infection), but when I submitted my insurance info at the pharmacy (which took 10 min waiting in line), the clerk said the rx had not yet been received. She acted like she wasnt surprised, acted like it was routine. She suggested I wait 30 min and it should be ready. I decided to go home and return later (bc I am sick). I returned at 11am to pick up rx, but it had not yet been received!!! The clerk suggested that I go back to the clinic to tt the doctor. I went back over, the receptionist and to my surprise, she really didn't act shocked, she went back to tt the doctor, who told her that she did, indeed, send it, but that she would call it in immediately. I got NO apology for the inconvenience and the doctor did not even come to the front to tt me. I returned to the pharmacy, waited on line 5 min, the clerk said the pharmacist was just now getting the call from the doctor about my rx! She suggested I return in 30 minutes! I'm sick, I've made TWO trips to Walmart, I now have to wait until tomorrow to get the meds started in my system. Such a shame, especially when I was the only patient there, at the time! What's crazy is that the very same thing happened in November, with the SAME doctor! I'm stupid for returning. Lesson to me.

    I set up an online appointment for 11:00 am. Once arriving for my appointment, I waited an hour then asked nurse why I had not gotten in yet . She lied and said my appointment was not until 12:30. I told her that was not correct my appointment was at 11:00

    If they lie about appointment they will lie about everything else. I can not trust them.

    My daughter has been running a high fever for almost 2 days with sore throat, etc.. Nothing I seemed to do would break the fever and no insurance and not employed $$$ was a big factor. I called other cCare Clinics and the office visit itself start @ $130.00 and anything extra was costly too. But WCC office visit $59.00 plus throat culture was less than $80.00 which left me plenty for antibiotic she needed. The staff was excellent...Thank you WCC for putting this mother's concern at ease.

    Convenient and affordable

    I have been to this clinic on several occasions and while I've seen different providers they were each friendly and saw to me in a timely manner. The wait has never been long and the cost is worth driving out of the way to go there.

    made appointment online . wait time was around ten minutes. very friendly staff. Doctor was very nice. In and out with prescriptions filled in about an hour thru whole process. highly recommend going!

    Asthma /bronchitis

    I have a long history of asthma /bronchitis.so when I can sick i have to have antibiotics an steriods.I told this to the nurse practitioner.she said i really don't think you need antibiotics.I told her several times when I get sick i have to have both medications.she said well if your not better by Friday i will call you some in I have called there office several times an left messages.Its now Monday at 11:46 am still no return call an still no antibiotics.An still sick.This is the second time I used this clinic the first time I had no trouble with that doctor.But this time has been horrible.Whats so hard about calling a patient back.an giving them the right medication.Its sad I work for this company an no if they are treating me like this they are treating our customers like this.NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO WAIT FOR FIVE DAYS FOR A DR.OR NURSE TO CALL BACK.SICK AN STILL WAITING FOR YOUR RETURN PHONE CALL.THANK YOU

    Terrible!

    I don't know what Wal mart policy is on work excuses but I had laryngitis and needed a note for work, very obvious I couldn't talk. I can't see my primary MD for another 2 weeks. I saw a nurse practioner named Jennifer who was about as friendly as a dead fish. I don't know how she thought I could possibly talk in 2 days when I can barely whisper at that time. I told her I was not needing meds, I had cough med at home and only needed a written excuse. Walked out on her, cancelled my appointment. I'm on the phone for 10 hours a day at work. Need my voice. I will give my money to someone who cares and it wasn't Jennifer!
