DO NOT GO!!!! Go to a hospital if you really sick

The PA's at the Delafield urgent care cannot diagnose a simple strep throat in December. You will end up spending more money when you have to go to a real doctor and you will be sick longer. After sharing our bad experiences with friends and other medical professionals we found out that our bad experience was not an isolated incident.

    Don't bother

My son came in with s tungsten ring stuck on his finger We waited an hour in waiting room and then we're told by Dr Jo she couldn't get the ring off She suggested soaking it in ice (which obviously we had been doing) and then tried unsuccessfully to wrap the finger with an elastic band to try to twist it off and over (which we had also tried at home) We left with NO HELP and went home and googled "removal of tungsten ring" which instructed you to use a vise grip to crack it off which my husband successfully did My trip to urgent care cost a $25 copayment for NOTHING

    Absolutely terrible

I hurt my wrist and still had to go to work for the following week so I went in to see what they could do. I met with Dr. Gary Myron. After looking at my wrist he was VERRY insistent that I get an x-ray even though I could still move it fine. He informed me the x-ray would not cost me any additional money. And after asking him TWO more times if he was sure I would not be charged I reluctantly got the x-ray. Not only was I charged for the x-ray but the medication he gave me could have been for an elementary schooler (I'm 6''1' and 170 pounds). The people working here are obviously not very professional if they gave me the wrong information not one BUT THREE TIMES. I will never be returning to this sorry excuse for an urgent care for the rest of my life.
