    Unfriendly staff

I went to get a regular check-up done for my 3 yr old. Doctor was good but the nurses were extremely rude. My kid does not understand English and I was sad with the way nurses treated him. They were not friendly and were extremely indifferent. Would never visit this place again.

    My first time

The appointment went good! Great nurse and great doctor. The only issue I have is the lady for customer services said a nurse would call me back. I got no call back at all 5 days of waiting by my phone... I decide to call back and a different lady put my question I had as urgent. I finally got ahold of someone... I am not pleased with the communication on there part.. Needs work.

    Rude Nurses

I took my daughter to the Plymouth Park Nicollet for a blood test that can only be taken during the week. The lab nurse on duty took the person before us but completely ignored my daughter and I. After a wait of about 25 minutes, I rang the bell but the nurse did not come out to check. After the bell was dinging for a while, another nurse from another area came and turned off the bell and said to us, the lab nurse knows you are there and she will be with you shortly. So, we waited for about another 20 minutes, and as she did not come out of the back area I rang the bell again. After about 10 minutes of dinging the bell, she came out and said to me that she was too busy in the back and she has no time to attend to my daughter and for us to come on another day. Now, my question is why could not she have told this to us when we first stopped in for lab work? We were there for almost 50 minutes waiting. She had time to attend to the person before us but she did not even bother to greet us or check to see what lab was needed. She looked at us, ignored us and walked to the back of the lab area. I finally went to the Reception, and got someone to check for us and see if the lab nurse could attend to my daughter. The Receptionist went to the back area and said the lab nurse appears to be busy, that she was looking at some files. I personally feel that the lab nurse working the evening shift on Thursday, September 7th, 2017 had a racial bias against us and did not want to attend to my daughter. She did not even greet us when she saw us, she completely ignored us, and did not have the courtesy to tell us right away that she would not be able to do the lab work for my daughter. She made us wait about 50 minutes, when I finally came to the conclusion that the lab nurse just did not want to attend to us. This is the second time I had met with racial bias at the Plymouth Park Nicollet in Minnesota. Most unfortunate as I have lived in the United States for 33+ years, and have been a patient of Park Nicollet for over 25 years.
