    Wasted my time

I can't say how the care is for this facility but I can say the administration is poor. Signed up for an appointment online at 9:30 to have a B12 shot administered. I stated I needed the shot and that I had the medicine and the prescription. Was given a show up time of 1:20, ten minutes prior to the appointment. Arrived at 1:15 and signed in again stated it was for a B12 shot. Was given paper work (several pages) which was completed and provided to the checking person. They advised me of my copay and then realized what I was there for and was then advised that they do not do B12 shots. Uhhhh why did it take that long to figured it out...... The young lady apologized and said she should have noticed that, which I u derstand but I can't figure out why the electronic check in did not catch it. Just not impressed and hope I don't have to come back.

Not an urgent care facility very unhappy

I found this facility online which said it was a urgent care/walk in. I arrived at a little after 9am explained that I had and issue with My eye. I finally left at 10:30am because I was never once called back to see the Dr. There might of been two people there prior to me. Two doctors on staff one of them that work strictly with walk-ins which I was of course a walk in. It does not take a doctor an hour and a half to deal with one patient, I am well aware there are more waiting rooms in a doctor can walk into one office and walk out of another within 10 minutes. When I left I explained I was very disappointed the receptionist said that we are not an urgent care but a walk-in. So they're misrepresenting themselves as an urgent care when they obviously are not. I would not utilize them as a walk-in either since I couldn't see the walk-in doctor for at least an hour and a half. Maybe he was drinking his morning coffee and eating his bonbons not quite sure but I would not utilize this facility as urgent or walkin.I left to find another facility.
