    Terrible Customer Service

checked their hours online, called at 930pm, no answer, called again went to voice mail, arrived 10 min till 10, as we where walking the med clerk comes running out to lock the doors, i explained it was my child that was sick and that i had been calling and no one was answering, she sent me to the ER. Don't say 10-10, say 10 to 9 , rude/no care/

    Terrible

Been to this clinic three times in two weeks cause of exhaustion, headache, sore throat. First time I waited an hour and a half and was told the lab was closed so they couldnt do any blood work. Went back the next day and blood was drawn and a strep test was done. I was senthome and told labs would be in within a couple days. They called and said I had strep and called in antibiotics which I took for 10 days. Still sick and exhausted so I went back in which more blood was drawn and was told blood pressure was high and it would take a couple days to get results. Clinic called next afternoon said blood work showed I had inflammation and maybe I needed to come in again. Why would I go back...so i could get more blood drawn and be sent home still sick.....so sick and exhausted that I told the doctor that i felt like crying. Went to a different doctor the next morning and was diagnosed with pneumonia and a sinus infection. Treated with antibiotics and steroids. Mercy is a horrible place......hope they get a malpractice suit and maybe then something will be done about the service!

    Urgent care

I had been sick for a couple of weeks with a cough, and it finally got worse. I decided to go to urgent care as I could not get in to see a doctor right away. Upon arriving, I noticed there was a sign up saying that urgent care was closed today, 8/19/16. The lady at the other desk asked if she could help me, and I said that I had needed urgent care. She told me that they were closed, then got up and walked away. No empathy at all. Great customer skills.

Twice I have tried to get in, update your website to tell everyone you are not open because you have no Dr on site! Someone needs to do a better job of managing this location

Stay away from Mercy Urgent Care--O'fallon, MO

Don't waste your time at this clinic. Also, you'll probably find the zombies who work behind the front desk, to be insulting and condescending.

After several unsuccessful and expensive trips to Mercy Urgent Care in O'fallon, Mo, I just ended up going to SSM's ER in Lake St. Louis and found out I have a kidney stone stuck in my left ureter plus a case of hypokalemia. It was nice to see a doctor look at me as a patient with real medical needs, instead of being treated like some malingering, sociopathic, drug seeking lunatic out for inappropriate attention. Everyone was very helpful, kind, and professional. No moral, political or socioeconomic class bias for me to deflect or explain away. How refreshing. No pain is a good thing!!!! Whoo-hoo!! Patient first...EPIC electronic file misinformation last. I wish I had a dollar for every-time someone mistook my chart as being more important than "me" the actual patient.

If you are in real pain, go to the ER instead. This place will just waste your time, energy, dignity, and money. In particular, if you have to go, ask for an M.D. and stay away from the nurse practitioners.

    Best Staff Ever

Today is my first time being here. I am extremely pleased & impressed! The staff is fantastic! They are equally friendly & professional. Each person I have met with during my visit today has been kind & courteous, (and I met 4 of the staff members today) They all genuinely showed a concerned interest in my injury & listened to what I had to say. They patiently answered all my questions. If I ever need the services of an urgent care facility again, this will be the location I go to from now on.

I want to say a big thank you again to the staff... Bryan, you are the 1st person a client meets when they come thru the door or call. You are fabulous! My nurse, Stacy - My xray attendant, Mandy - & my doctor, Pam. The 4 of you truly deserve to be noticed, recognized, & hopefully we'll rewarded for your excellence in the health care profession.

    Best experience ever!!!

The nurse and doctor were truly amazing during my entire visit! They were excellent at promptly getting me the care I needed. If my family or I ever need urgent care in the future we'll be back to this facility!

    Terrible

The wait was long and the staff wasn't friendly or helpful. They were more concerned with their gossip about others than the patients. I haven't been to an urgent care since 2010 and all I needed was a cortisone shot or something to relive my pain until my primary care Doctor opened. Instead they whispered about me in front of my boyfriend inferring I was another drug addict looking for pain medicine. I don't even take anything stronger than ibuprofen. I have surgery scheduled for my disc... I will never go there again. Very unprofessional and I will be filing a complaint.

    This Urgent Care is Aweful!!!

Took my son in for hurt arm..they bent and twisted the crap out it ..then decided to send him for an xray..then to tell me it was probably dislocated and they think they fixed it and it wasnt fractured or broke...I asked for the report and the doctor told me the technician didnt fill it out right and was gone for the day so i couldnt get a correct copy till the next day. The next day his arm was very swollen so took him to my doctor in which she did more xrays to find out his arm is fractured and sent me to Cardinal Glennon. Cardinal Glennon did more xrays and said yes its definitely fractured he needs a cast. Not any other doctor at these two places bent and twisted my sons arm the way the doctor at this urgent care did. Not to mention this place sent my 18 mth old son home with a broken arm.
My son should have recieved way better care than this!!!!

    Last Minute Trip

I had a good experience at this location today. My doctor canceled my appointment today due to an impending ice storm and I ended up going to the Urgent Care. I was concerned after reading the reviews, but found their staff to be friendly and I was in and out within a couple hours. They performed some tests right there and I was able to get on with my day and get the meds I needed before heading home.

It was a busy place, but comparable to other locations I have visited.

    Overall, a positive experience.

Sorry others had a different experience.

    The absolute worst!

This place is a complete joke!!! Sat waiting for 4 hours and still no doc. Staff is a joke. Froze my ass off due to chills/sweats until i just couldn't take it any more and walked out. They shouldn't be allowed to practice.

    Quick visit

I had to see someone about a UTI, and I hate going to clinics but my Dr app wasn't until next month. I was seen quickly. I realize no one else was there, but they worked quickly getting me seen by nurse and then Dr. Ham on or Hamilton. Can't remember but he was bright, cheerful and explained everything without going into it like I was dumb. I got a Rx and was told if it didn't work to come back. Great service and I recommend others who need a clinic to use it!

Terrible Experience from start to finish

The lady at the front desk was rude and showed no compassion, her main concern was that my 8 yr old son put a mask on because he coughed. He was in terrible condition but she would only list 3 symptoms when he had about 7. She tried her best to get an attitude out of me insisting she couldn't find my sons insurance in the computer and tried to make me feel bad for not having the actual card. She eventually found it. Once we were called back the lpn was as rude and racist as they come! She looked at my husband my son and I with disgust. She asked basic questions, no compassion, then stuck swabs down my son and husband's throats and up their noses as hard as she could. My husbands nose was still sore after we left. There was only one nice person in the entire building her name was Ashley C. Don't visit this place, it's terrible.
