    Not a good doctor

Dr. Kenneith R. Veenema diagnosed me with a sinus infection without looking in my nose or feeling the glands in my neck. He listened to my lungs through the four shirts I was wearing. He and the office failed to weigh me and used my self-reported height and weight to determine my dosage. He prescribed me Augmentin which has failed to treat my clogged ears (lots of fluid according to "Dr." Veenema but no infection) or my raspy breathing. I would not recommend this location for fear that someone else would be stuck with Dr. Veenema.

The front desk staff was very pleasant and took good care of the patients. Unfortunately what matters is good doctors.

    They are awesome

We have been many times because it is so close to our home. Once my handicapped brother fell on glass and sliced his spastic arm opened. The were so calm and sewed him up and it was so large and bleeding so badly they sent him to the hospital just to make sure he had not nicked and artery. The hospital said they did a wonderful job sewing him and that he was fine. My brother doesn't even have a noticeable scar. We have been there many other time and have always been treated very well and accurately. We rate them 100%

    My first visit

The initial wait wasn't long. Then I was called to the exam room where I waited for 50 minutes before the doctor came. The doctor gave me a Rx and asked me to follow up on Tues if my condition did not change. The doctor advised she would then call in an antibiotic. I called the office 3 times before I could get the doctor to respond. I began calling at 9:10am. Here it is after 5pm and I'm just getting a response from the Doctor. Detailed recovery.
