I have had to come to the Pediatric ER 2 times since my son was born. Both have been such positive visits and experiences with not only the doctor but also the whole staff. So friendly and sweet to kids which is not always the case with Pediatric providers. Dr. A was so sweet and extremely helpful with the next steps to care for my toddler.

What a great urgent care facility! The shopping center it’s in can be a bit rough, but you can’t tell that in the inside. I appreciated their emphasis not to overprescribe antibiotics! Too many places hand these out like candy, and it hurts your overall health! Glad we came here and will return when we need after hour care for our kids.

Went in as a walk in after being referred from another urgent care who don’t specialize in pediatrics. Got there about 9:15am and out by 10:20am. Very friendly staff and very helpful front staff. The doctor that day was very sweet and I like that she was very thorough about symptoms and gave specific instructions on how to clear them up quickly.

I went in Saturday for a morning appointment, later in the afternoon my son developed a fever a new symptom that he didn’t have that morning. I called the office to see if they could ask the provider to ask if now if he needs a prescription for some medicine since this could possibly change his diagnoses. I never received a call back Saturday. I called Sunday again and I was told the same thing someone would call me back. I never received a phone call back after numerous staff said someone would. I find this concerning when it comes to the care of children the lack of urgency and communication the staff exhibited.

The nurses and front desk were very kind and helpful. We waited 2 hours past our appointment time. It didn’t make sense as plenty of people had left and none were going in. When we were finally seen by the doctor, she was not warm or welcoming. She made my teen very uncomfortable. She needs to work on her bedside manner, especially with shy teenagers.

Edited to update: The office manager called me to apologize and assure me that this is not how they normally operate. She was very kind, understanding and thanked me for my feedback. She wished my daughter well. I really appreciate people like her who take the time to read feedback, and reach out to guests/customers/patients to make amends. I would now definitely recommend this clinic and feel confident to return here if we ever needed to.  Previous review:  I only needed to go in-person for a strep swab and to check my daughter’s weight. We already had a telemedicine phone call earlier. I’m very grateful for a clinic nearby, but honestly the wait time was terrible. A swab and weight check takes less than 5 minutes. We could have been in and out very quickly—-not disrupting anyone else’s appointment time. Instead, we waited nearly 40 minutes. My poor girl was so tired and fussy. The staff was nice, but if there’s anything they could have done better, it would be to check in and checkout patients that only need 5 minutes of swab exams.
