    First time I used this facility.

    The doctor and staff were friendly and professional. I had been seen at an ER two nights earlier but the pain had increased. My PCP was on vacation and his office referred me here. The doctor on duty correctly diagnosed what was wrong with me prescribed the correct antibiotic and I was feeling well two days later. I would definitely use them again.

    Mean unprofessional Doctor

    I have migraine associated vertigo and walk with a cane . I went to the walk in center for a uti the Dr started yelling and I mean yelling what's wrong with you why are you walking like that I'm not going to see you there's something more wrong with you when I tried to explain what I had I was upset so it was hard for me she stomped out of the room and said her staff could deal with me I could go to the emergency room much more wrong with me

    Best Express Care Around

    This is the second time I went here and I would not use any other Urgent Care. Dr Abrams is awesome. She is a straight shooter and a class act all wrapped into one.
    I couldn't get in to see my own doctor who wanted me to see his NP. I have issues with her. Decided to go back here. It is very clean and inviting.. Way nicer than any other urgent care I have been to. Nurses and front desk girl are professional and kind. They seem to like their jobs, which isn't always the case at some places.

    excellent caring customer service

    I went in to this facility on a Monday at 3:30 was seen instantly and had xrays and diagnosis and was released within 45 mins. Everyone was so pleasant and willing to help. Won't be going to Morton emergency for anything that I can go here for.

    Efficient and great service

    I came here after having had a cough for weeks and having seen 2 other NPs who prescribed me nothing claiming I had a virus. This clinic actually listened to me and prescribed me medicine. A week later I no longer had a cough and had my first good night's sleep a day later. I would not hesitate to return again. Quick and efficient!

    have been there for everything from phenomia to kids hockey injuries and have always had great service. have referred family and friends and they have been happy with the quality of care..

    Doctor that refused to care for my son.

    Awful and negligent service. I walked into the clinic at 345pm yesterday (Saturday) with my son who had a cut above his right eye that needed stitched. Dr Hansen was more concerned about getting to go home on time. He refused to treat the wound. I could not believe he sent us away to the ER for a 4 hour wait. Id love to speak to the management to lodge a compliant about the Doctors refusing to treat. Doctors are supposed too and have a duty to provide care for all patients. Very disappointing

    I had the need to go to the facility on the July 4th holiday and was surprised to find the facility open and fully staffed. I needed to have a catheter removed and was unable to do it myself. Dr. Reinhalter was understanding and removed the catheter quickly and painlessly. I was in and out of the facility within 30 minutes. Thank you, Dr. Reinhalter.

    Not Urgent and Rude

    The receptionist was quite awful to deal with first of all. I've never been here before, and was just grateful that they were open on the weekend, but the receptionist was treating me like I was stupid whwn she was being very vague. Then she gave me attitude about other stuff. Lady, we're all here because we're sick, don't make it even worse. Plus, I've been waiting here for hours. Nice.

    Terrible service and Medicine

    This was my first (and last) visit to Health Express Plymouth. I had the misfortune of seeing Dr. John Arcuri. I came because I feel that I am developing Influenza. I have the same symptoms as my son who was Influenza positive 3 days ago. It has a 1-4 day incubation period and I have been caring for him for 3 days. Because I was negative on their Rapid Influenza test - he told me that I "must have a different virus". He went on to tell me that the commonly used antiviral only shortens the course by 12-18 hours which he apparently feels is insignificant. On a Sunday morning when I am looking at the work week ahead as a single working parent - this IS significant to me. Not only do I need to bring home a paycheck but I also need to care for young children, one of whom is quite sick. Dr. Arcuri is insensitive and illogical - not admirable qualities in a physician. He chose not to acknowledge that his rapid influenza test only identifies 50-70% of influenza. And he illogically concluded that because I was negative, I "must have a different virus". What are the chances of me having the same symptoms as my son but having a completely unrelated virus? Is this a logical conclusion? Particularly when the test is known to be more inaccurate in adults compared to children? So I was sent home without the Tamiflu to get sicker so that I can miss more time at work. It is also worth noting that Tamflu is only helpful in the first 48 hours of symptoms. Ideally, I should start it today. But thanks to Dr. Arcuri I will not be.
