CityDoc Urgent Care Services

The services offered at CityDoc clinics encompass both acute and continuous care. Treatment is offered for urgent injuries such as lacerations, broken bones, strains and sprains, chest and back pain, and illnesses like pneumonia, bronchitis, and the flu.

Other services include immunizations, allergy testing, occupational medicine, MRSA/spider bite treatments, travel medicine and vaccinations, smoking cessation, hydration therapy, treatment for sleep disorders, and administration of clinical trials.

CityDoc accepts all major insurers who operate in the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area. This includes Humana, BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna, Coventry Health Care, WebPTA, Pacificare, and several others. Very Disappointed

I've been to City Doc twice. The first time was pleasant. The doctor was sympathetic informative and helpful.

The 2nd time was horrible. The male checking in was nice and understanding. But the doctor and nurse were not so much. I heard an entire conversation of the doctor and an unhappy customer on the phone, so I understand if she was having a tough day, but after the doctor got off the phone she and the nurse talked loudly about the call. I could hear every comment. It was extremely unprofessional. When the doctor came in she was condescending and rude. I came in for a flu test and the swab was very painful. My test was negative and she went ahead and prescribed me Tamiflu in case it was a false negative. I asked her if t hat was common

I could hear every rude comment. It was extremely unprofessional. Then when the doctor came in my room, she was condescending and rude to me. I came in for a flu test and the swab was very painful. My previous swabs have never been that painful. Shots don't even bother me. My test was negative and she went ahead and prescribed me Tamiflu in case it was a false negative. I asked her if that was common and she said "it has been known to happen in the history of man kind" I am a single mom and work at a full time job, so if I get sick I worry about missing work, my kids getting sick and then missing more work and kids missing school. I felt belittled and embarrassed. The nurse was pretty rude as well. They should always be aware that the walls are paper thin and I could hear everything they said about their paying customers. I was shocked, especially coming from a doctor.

I love the location of City Doc. It's very close to my work and the convenience of it, so I will go back if needed, but I hope this review may help make the employees be aware of how they were treating people that day so they can improve on their behavior, compassion and service.
