    Horrible

I've never been told to wait 21 days for symptoms of my sinus infection to pass before requesting treatment. Don't waste your time or money going here.

Have a problem? They'll ignore your calls.

For those with high-deductible insurance plans, be cautious, because you'll most likely be charged for extraneous labs that you don't know of or authorize. I visited here because I was experiencing symptoms of a UTI. My insurance is high deductible so I asked up front how much the visit would cost and was told $95 total. After a quick urinalysis I was told that I did not have a UTI. Great news! But then two weeks later I received a bill from an external lab company for $150 (marked down from $300, how generous!), that's due in one week that I cannot afford to pay. I called the clinic back and asked why I was being charged, and she said that they must send labs to "PathGroup," even though the urinalysis was negative in the first place. $250 to be told that I don't have a UTI is a bit high, isn't it? To the reviewer guy below me who got a PathGroup urinalysis bill for $17, please, please, teach me your secret!

    Three weeks later, update!:
Following up with the email provided in the response to my Google review led me to Lorna, who contacted me via phone. She explained that the nurse practitioner who saw me told me that she was ordering an STD test, something that is completely not true. I am able to get free tests through my college, and I had done so two weeks before my visit to Bryant Urgent Care, so if any mention of an STD test were made, I would have shot it down as unnecessary because I just had one. Lorna was understanding and said that she would contact her billing department to get the matter fixed. Three weeks later, I have not heard from her. I have tried contacting her several times, but she has stopped answering her phone and is ignoring my voicemails. I requested an update from the email address provided below and have heard nothing. Now I'm just waiting for the debt collector calls to come since the bill is three weeks overdue, and there is absolutely nobody at the facility that I can get a hold of who can help me resolve this.

    Five weeks later, update!:
I called the center directly to see if I could speak to Lorna again, and the lady who answered the phone flatly denied giving me any information. "Hi! Is Lorna available?" "Nope." "Oh, well do you know when she'll be back in her office?" "Nope." I then called the head of UrgentTeam's billing department directly and left a message. I have not heard back.

I then reached out to the division VP of UrgentTeam, Mike Dupuis. He was understanding and listened to my (very long) story. He apologized for Lorna's not returning my voicemails and actively picking up and hanging up on my calls. He said that he would research the situation, speak to Lorna, and promised that Lorna would contact me soon with a resolution. 10 days later, I have still heard nothing. From recent Google reviews, it seems like their tactic when faced with problems is "ignore it and hope it goes away."

    Great experience!

We are new to Arkansas and this was the first time we had a need for medical care outside of normal business hours. We walked in on a Saturday afternoon and were met with a smiling face and very courteous and professional service. The technician who weighed me, took my blood pressure, etc. was very kind and efficient. The Nurse Practitioner was also thorough, professional and pleasant. Wouldn't hesitate to return for minor care.
