    No integrity

I am healthcare worker. I work in critical care and the ER and I can say with confidence that there are better places to go. This is not how someone with integrity and concern for their patients acts. I would not go here again.

My daughter went to this urgent care and paid the copay in cash. A month later we get a bill for the copay. The billing office told me she must not have paid it at the visit. (I met her at the visit and she said she paid at the front desk). I called the urgent care to ask if it was possible to be seen and billed for a copay later? Heather told me that my insurance company requires payment at the time of service and that it would not be possible to be billed for your copay later. When the owner Steven heard about what happened, he didn't try to resolve the problem. He told me "maybe just maybe and I know this is crazy but maybe your 18 year daughter did not pay when she thought she did". This is the professionalism you can expect from this urgent care.
