I went here for a visit a couple of months ago
they do not give you a bill when you leave, so i was sent a bill recently and was billed $288.00 for a 15 min consultation
way out of line go some where else do not let them steal your money

Hands Down the Best Urgent Care I Have Been To

They took Anthem Blue Cross. The wait was 5 minutes. Very efficient and friendly. The provider took her time with me and spent about 15 minutes with me. My insurance covered my visit completely so I only had to pay $20 for my co-pay.

BEST URGENT CARE in San Jose, CA

I have been here a BUNCH of times before. Whenever me or my family needs anything, we all come here.

They are the most affordable, convenient, tech savvy, professional and medically knowledgable in the San Jose area.

They accept all insurances. I think the only one they don't take is kaiser.

    I highly recommend them!

    A Note To Sue

I think I know where Sue got confused. On my bill it shows that they billed my insurance $288. Then my insurance adjusted the charge to $170 based on their contract with the clinic and they paid the whole thing. So it looks like Sue did not meet her deductible and did not read the bill correctly.
If you haven't met your deductible, they offer a cash option at the time of service for $99.

This is by far the best medical practice I have been too. Super friendly staff and great medical care. I usually don't yelp but I yelped about them.

    Absolutely Wonderful

This place is fabulous! My insurance covers them 100%! All I have to pay is my copayment.

I couldn't help but notice the reviews of Frank and Sue, and as Frank noted, if you properly read your Explanation of Benefits statement that you get after any medical visit, it always shows what was "billed," what insurance "paid," and of course what you personally owe; if anything!

Medical care is expensive but it is also incredibly subsidized!

This is the only place my wife and I trust to take care of my sons health care needs. My son is autistic and they are GREAT with him. Better then everywhere else we've been.

    FLU SHOTS ARE FREE!!

FYI- To all those who are insured, flu shots are free for you! Your insurance covers it and considers it "preventative care." Keep that in mind for next year!

    FAVORITE place!

I love this place! Not only do I love it and have complete trust in them, but so does my family!

I come from a very strict Indian family who is SUPER picky. My grandmother was here visiting from India, and as persnickety as she is, even SHE liked them!!

All of my relatives and friends come here now!

Spread the word my friends :)

Wait time: Non-existant. Medical Care: priceless

Yup thats right. There's hardly ever a wait time. And the quality of care you are given, is worth more than any amount you could possibly pay. The best part? They accept almost all insurances!

For a simple cold waited 2 Hours 45 Minutes, not even in a ghetto they disvalue patient’s time like this

-I called and asked for cost, they said it is same as your co pay, I also asked if they were busy, the answer was not really.
    - I arrived at about 12: 35 PM and there were 3 patients ahead of me.
After I gave my insurance and ID cards they told I have to pay $50 dollars as co pay. I said is your doctor specialist, because for primary care physician I pay $25 but for specialist $50. The answer was we Do Not have Doctor, you will see a nurse. I had fever and body ache so I said OK. I sat for about 1 Hour 45 Minutes until they called me in. They did body temp, weight, etc. and put me in a room. Waited again for about 30 minutes until nurse arrived they tested for flu, which I have done it before it takes just few minutes, result was negative. Now I have been in this place for 2 Hour and 15 Minutes. They came back and said we want to do a chest X-ray and I said I have been sitting in this place for 2 hours 15 minutes, answer was we will do X-ray right away and will call you tonight to give you the results. I just agreed thinking, they will do X-ray right now and can go home immediately. Again waiting started, this time after 30 minutes I stood up and left the exam room and talked to nurse saying I have been waiting here for Two Hours 45 minutes and cannot wait more than this for just a cold and left the building at about 3:20 PM.
Employees are nice but they work for the owner of the business and I think there patients are nothing but cash machines.
